Join the Human-Centred Work Collective:

Creating Thriving Workplaces

We believe that a workplace is not just a place where people go to work - it's a place where people can thrive.

Are you an HR professional or organizational development specialist looking to create and nurture a workplace where people can flourish?

The Human Centred Work Collective is a coaching program and learning community of like-minded professionals who will come together twice a month for 6 months to learn new strategies and tools, gain insights, and participate in peer-to-peer learning to foster a truly human-centred work environment. The Collective is led and facilitated by Louisa Jewell, founder of the Canadian Positive Psychology Association, and Dr. Haesun Moon, founder of the Canadian Centre for Brief Coaching. Louisa and Haesun will share their deep knowledge in practices that promote wellbeing in the workplace, solution-focused and positive psychology-based techniques, and human learning practices. Louisa and Haesun will kick off the Collective on January 23rd, 2025 at their Human Centred Work Summit, an all-day live event held at the University of Toronto. Join us at the summit or at the Collective or both. Registration information and more details coming soon. If you want to be notified as soon as more information is released, join our waiting list. We're serious about humans. We know you are too.
