Haesun and Kristin will share about “A Loving Organization” - a systematic approach to improving health care. Through using a human centered and progressed focused approach, solutions are co-designed that are most important to patients, providers, and community partners. These solutions are implemented in ways that build on the strengths of the health system and community. This approach enables a culture of continuous learning and connection between health systems, community partners, and the people they serve to improve care outcomes and advance health equity. Operating within such a collaborative and more resourced environment, providers and community partners can better support patients with compassionate and loving care. When patients and families have access to equitable health care, this strengthens their agency and ability to truly impact their own well-being and partner with providers for their care.  In this dialogue, participants will have an opportunity to explore how these principles can apply to their own work and how together we can create more human centered and loving organizations.
